🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟NEW 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 REAL WORLD PERFORMANCE CLASSES Commencing Friday 6th March 2026 Fridays | 4-week blocks per term | 1.5 hours per session Real World Performance is a professionally guided class designed to introduce students to the realities of performing beyond the studio and theatre environments — in a supported, age-appropriate, and confidence-building setting. Students will learn how to perform live in public, adapt to real audiences, and develop skills essential for commercial and professional dance pathways, including presentation, awareness, and professionalism. The class is led by Samantha Johnston, Former Co-Founder of Body Language Talent Agency, Tasmanian Talent Agency, The Platform Event and TAS Casting. With extensive experience delivering flash mobs, fashion parades, and high-profile event openings (including the Premier’s Olympic Gala, Coca Cola Amatil, Westpac, Nissan, Mona and Be Her Freedom events), Samantha brings both industry knowledge and genuine care for each student’s individual dance journey. 🦋🌟 First Project: Flash Mobs • Local, supervised public performances • Focus on intuitively reading crowds, teamwork, confidence, and adaptability • Real-world experience in a safe and supportive environment Each 4-week term focuses on a new project, with students working toward professional opportunities, including exposure to paid performance work where appropriate. 📧 For further information: sam@equinoxdanceandfilm.com
